New Delhi: BJP and its allied parties have got a decisive edge in the parliamentary elections of India, after which Nirmandra Modi’s prospects to become the prime minister are bright.
The number of votes is counted after elections in Lok Sabha (House lower) comprising 542 seats in India and according to initial results, BJP and its allies are heavy. The BJP and its alliance (NDA) are ahead of 320 seats when victory over Congress and its UPA 109 seats. Apart from this 91 regional parties are ahead of the seats.
It is clear that elections of the House of India (Lok Sabha) started on April 11 and completed on May 7 in May.
