The Pak Army decided to not increase the defense budget

The federal government has budgeted the financial year 20-2019. According to details, the National Assembly session held in the National Assembly under the chairmanship of Asad Qaiser. The current government party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Minister for Revenue Hamad Azhar presented the first annual budget of his government. The volume of the first budget of the Government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has been kept at Rs 7 billion 22 billion.
Rs. 1800 billion has been allocated for the development works in the budget while the target of tax receipts has been kept at 550 billion. The federal budget deficit will be Rs 3560 billion. The defense budget in the current budget is Rs 1150 billion. During the budget speech, Minister of State for Revenue Hamad Azhar said that civil and military officials announced an ideal reduction in their expenses.

Remember that for the improvement of the domestic economy, the Pak Army played its role this time, this time decided not to increase defense budget and deduct the existing allowances.

The Army decided to reduce ration, travel allowance, administrative costs and to promote defense development costs. As a result of these measures, the savings will be spent on tribal areas and developmental activities in Balochistan. Army Chief General Qamar Javaid Bajwa said on the occasion of al-Fitr that the military has not decided to take the annual increase in the defense budget annually.
He said that this move is not favored on the nation, we are one of all kinds of situations, the budget deficit will be met with adjustment in other financial matters without affecting the quality of defense and quality of youth. He further added that the decision to not raise salaries is only the officers. This will not apply to the army soldiers. After which there was no increase in the defense budget in the recent budget. It is clear that last year defense budget 11 billion rupees were allocated, which remained even 11 times in the year.
